The San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering
March 17-24

The San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering returns March 17-24 for the largest celebration of innovation and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education in Southern California.

Throughout the week, kids and families can experience interactive demonstrations, hands-on activities and listen to exciting speakers—from skateboard legend Tony Hawk to icons of engineering Irwin Jacobs and Chuck Vest.

The Festival culminates with EXPO DAY on March 24, when science and engineering take over PETCO Park with more than 100 activity booths, dozens of live performances and special opportunities for kids to interview real scientists and engineers.
