Advanced Platinum Elite Training: The LUTCF and the American College

One way the Platinum Elite Marketing coaches it's insurance agents and agency owners to succeed is to assist them in achieving advanced educational designations such as the LUTCF through the American College.

This August, Don Swanson and Kevin Tuckey will be conducting the next in a series of classroom based training classes for the LUTCF designation.  This one will focus on "The Essentials of Annuities".  In the recent past we've done Marketing, Ethics, Business Insurance, and Retirement Plans.

When the degree is achieved, those letters behind the agent's name shows their clients they've committed the time it takes to be a true professional agent and provide the best advice and service possible.  Not all insurance agents are the same.

Advanced LUTCF Training: Life Insurance

Several times a year, Don Swanson makes his Platinum Elite Classroom available for use to teach LUTCF classes through the American College.  In April 2012, another class concluded.

Many agents with Farmers Insurance and other insurance professional attend these classes on their way to achieving their advanced life insurance designation.  This degree shows their clients that they took the time to study their profession more than the average insurance agent in a belief their clients deserve superior service and the best advice.

Farmers Insurance Earns Another Award for It's Corporate Training

Don Swanson and Platinum Elite Marketing pride themselves on the training and guidance they provide their Farmers Insurance Agent affiliates.

A part of the training new Farmers Agent receive, besides our in-house training in San Diego, includes training provided by the University of Farmers.  This is the same University of Farmers portrayed with fun in all the current commercials starring Professor Burke.

Farmers Insurance and the University of Farmers Receive Learning Elite Award From Chief Learning Officer Magazine

MIAMI, FL, Apr 04, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- For the second year in a row, Farmers Insurance and the University of Farmers have won the Learning Elite award by Chief Learning Officer magazine.

The award was presented to Farmers Chief Learning Officer Annette Thompson during the magazine's April 1 annual symposium's gala held in Miami Beach, Florida.

This year, the magazine ranked Farmers No. 7 out of more than 200 applicants. Only UPS, McDonald's, Accenture, Defense Acquisition University, AT&T and General Mills came in ahead of Farmers. "This No. 7 ranking also moves us up by four over last year's winners, and had us topping such recognizable brands as Coldwell Banker, Deloitte, Prudential, Qualcomm, IBM and Nationwide Insurance. Moreover, Farmers is the highest-ranked financial services organization in the competition," noted Thompson.

As one of the moderators for the course, it was a pleasure having her take part and contribute her experiences and insight to the conversations.

This achievement shows Susanne is commitment to providing comprehensive planning for her clients. A true insurance professional works to help their client develop a plan that not only protects their current assets from life's pitfalls, but helps them accumulate wealth towards life's pleasures like retirement and college funding.

Susanne Romo was just one of several Farmers agents who started the LUTCF coursework at the Platinum Elite Headquarters in Mission Valley back in late 2010.  The course included studying the uses of Life Insurance in both family and business settings.

LUTCF: Advanced Life Insurance Training - Business Insurance

In October of 2011, at the Platinum Elite Headquarters several Farmers Insurance Agents, and others, completed the third classroom stage in their advancement towards their LUTCF Designation. This course was on Business Insurance; helping business owners protect their precious assets and accumulate wealth.  

Advanced education and sharpening of skills is a key characteristic of an Insurance Professionals focused on improving the lives of their clients.

The next LUTCF class will start January 27th, 2012, focusing on Retirement Planning. The course unites various topics such as Saving and Investing with Qualified Plans, Life Insurances, taxes, and several Government programs than our clients need to use to secure their futures.
