Farmers Insurance names Caliber as 2011 MSO of the Year

March 29, 2012—Caliber Collision Centers on Wednesday was presented with Farmers Insurance’s 2011 National Multiple Shop Organization Group of the Year award during a special presentation at Caliber’s headquarters in Lewisville, Texas.

Caliber said it received the award as a result of the company’s ability to deliver the proactive operational and customer management required by Farmers to improve policy retention and customer value.
