Native to Alaska, Jasmine Guerrero moved to Oregon, and then to San Diego, California. With a desire to serve her new community, she joined the Friends of Downtown.
The Friends of Downtown not only highlight local businesses and downtown issues such as a new football stadium, they provide scholarships to San Diego City College and provide Christmas gift bags to the elderly of local San Diego shut-ins.
